Fantastic Millinery Art Piece, individually labeled "Blazsak"
Toque style fitting overhead. Somewhat flexible structure will also w to fit many sizes. As a reference, it measures approx. 7 inches across forehead arch top line. It also measures 7 inches wide (top front to back straight line)
Front translucent faceted crystals are pink rose colored. Purple silk leaves have a "black" peer dot bead on the end of each one (although upon close look, you might notice some are missing). It has hand-stitched grosgrain ribbon over the top silk satin purple fabric. This is most likely an homemade dressing up or theatrical prop of some description and someone by the name of Blaszak has given it a name tag inside so it doesn't get lost.

talkingfashion: Blaszak is a reasonably common surname, and the label is likely to be a name tag that identified the hat as belonging to the person who is supposed to be wearing it as part of their fancy dress costume in a play or similar.
The only association of the name Blaszak with millinery is that a man (German I think) with that surname patented a box design at one time, which was known for its odd triangular shape. Some milliners did like to use a similar-shaped box for storing men's hats so they didn't get crushed in dressing rooms, but as far as I know it isn't a name associated with actual hats at all.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
