Section 1: The Strategic Tracks

Internships & Placements

Our 12-16-week immersive tracks are designed for those who want to own their projects with grit and professional intention. These roles are remote-friendly where marked (🖥️) and qualify for school credit.

  • Research & Impact Specialist (🖥️): Analyze data and publish briefs that prove the Return on Art (ROA) and community growth. OR Research fashion history specific projects.
  • Grants & Narrative Writing (🖥️): Research and/or Craft persuasive applications and maintain the mission's funding calendar.
  • Media Storytelling: Capture the "magic in the making" through photo and video editing for website, social reels and donor reports.
  • Auction Operations Manager: Fuel our sustainability revenue by prepping, photographing, and listing curated donations.
  • Digital Web & E-commerce: Keep our UX sharp and our SEO optimized to amplify the signal. Stay current to AI best tools.

Section 2: The Volunteer Crews

For those who want to make an impact through hands-on connection, our crews offer a way to plug in whenever you have a few hours to give.

  • The Rescue Team: Be a hero for the planet by mending garments and teaching others how to repair and/or wash rather than replace.
  • The Event Crew: Become the engine behind our runway shows—from hair and makeup to high-energy set production.
  • The Organized Soul: Bring peace to the studio by categorizing everything from vintage lace to art supplies.
  • Teaching Artists: Lead fundraiser project-based intensives in making things.
